It all starts with a good clean
After our initial inspection, our team got to work pressure washing the rear awning. This simple step can make a place look as good as new. Not only does it look good, removing dirt can also help improve a material's durability. For example, built-up dirt on the awning can damage the surface, welcoming cracks and tears. This can then lead to water issues and potential water damage.
So, keeping things clean is always a good idea!
Front Porch Renovations
The front porch needed more than a deep clean. A column was out of alignment, and the drywall porch ceiling was starting to come down. Our team was able to fix both issues to improve the safety and appearance of the porch. We corrected the alignment of the porch column, removed the damaged drywall, installed a durable new vinyl ceiling, and rehung the porch light.
The last step to completing this front porch makeover was the floor. We completely resurfaced the concrete, adding the design that the client requested. This new floor is durable, practical, and meets the client's desired aesthetic for their home.
