CALL US FOR REPAIRS

Baseboard Repair

In this homeowner's case, the damaged baseboards were starting to bother them. They gave us a call, and we quickly came around to assess the damage. There was a specific section of thee baseboards that needed replacing, so we picked up the materials and got to work.

  1. Removing damaged baseboards: We carefully removed the old baseboard and quarter-round, making sure not to damage the wall or floor.
  2. Assessing the extent of the damage: With the baseboards removed, we could inspect the wall and floor underneath, making sure there was no further damage. In this case, everything was in good shape for the next step.
  3. Installing new baseboards: Our team first cleaned the surface and then measured and remeasured everything. We cut the materials to size and carefully installed everything with nails into the studs.
  4. Finishing touches: We ensured that all baseboards were installed correctly, and then we caulked the edges for a smooth finish.

Small Changes with Big Results

Although the result may look like a small change from the original, we are pleased with the fresh, clean look it gives this corner of the house.
